Alaior is a thriving market town with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and places of interest historically dating back for many centuries. The 4 kilometre beach of Son Bou on the south coast is a 10 minute car journey whilst the more cove like beaches of Arenal d’en Castell and Na Macaret on the North Coast will take about 15 minutes to reach by car. Mahon and the airport are a 20 minute drive.
